These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Cuisine Kathmandu's website and services in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok, Nepal. By placing an order, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NRs) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and menu items may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is currently available at our Banepa location only. Delivery is available within the Banepa area and nearby locations. Estimated times are approximate and may vary during busy hours (our regular hours are 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, every day).

4. Payment

We accept eSewa, Khalti, and Cash on Delivery. Payment must be completed as per the selected method.

5. Reservations

Table reservations are subject to availability. Please arrive on time; tables may be released after 15 minutes for late arrivals. Large group bookings may require advance confirmation.

6. Happy Hour & Offers

Happy Hour (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, every day) offers a 20% discount on eligible items. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Refunds for prepaid orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes.
